Did you know spring is an excellent time for renewal of health commitments? People are getting back in shape wanting to look good in their shorts and bathing suits. People start to increase their work outs, commit to training for longer walks, hours of golf, baseball and volleyball, triathlons, marathons bike races as well as just getting more movement.
